The Model 6130.4ZH is a non-contact, handheld infrared thermometer that is used to measure the surface of targets in industrial applications. It measures temperatures with ±0.5% full scale accuracy from -40ºC to 1100ºC or -40ºF to 2000ºF. The resolution of the Model 6130.4ZH is 1.0ºC or 1.0ºF.
This thermometer has our new Vario-Zooom variable focus feature. This instrument has fields of view variable from .25" to infinity, making it useable for a number of applications.
Also, the Model 6130.4ZH incorporates our TTL/SLR Intra-Optical Light Sighting System (Patent No. 4,494,881). A visible light illuminates the EXACT Target AREA being measured. The pattern of the detector is projected in order to see its exact size, position and texture on the target, thereby offering a three-dimensional measurement of the target. The lighting system uses a safe Light Emitting Diode and not a laser. The resultant temperature measured is displayed on a numeric Liquid Crystal display on the Rear Panel of the Model 6130.4ZH.
The end-user can select to measure the Infrared target temperature, the Ambient Dry Bulb Air temperature or the Differential between the two (Patent No. 4,301,682).
